The leader of the Bulgarian Ataka party Volen Siderov proposed that in the country hold a referendum on leaving the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and the European Union, writes portal WUFYS.


In his speech to the Bulgarian Parliament, he stressed that further membership of these organizations threatens the security and economy of Bulgaria.

"Western globalists are dissatisfied with the aspirations of the majority of Orthodox people to a decent life. This threatens their income and claims to global domination. They have opted for war with Russia, which implies economic pressure and military provocation "- said Siderov.

In the opinion of the leaders of the Bulgarian patriots, giving Russia of South Stream is a result of inconsistent policies themselves Sophia, who succumbed to the EU, allowing the "impact on national interests and dignity" of Bulgaria.
