Origins of the Word Dinosaur
What is the origin of the word dinosaur? I ask many people this
question and surprisingly most people don't know. One of those little
known dinosaur facts is that the word dinosaur is a relatively new word
in the English language.The word dinosaur literally means "terrible, powerful, wondrous lizards." The word became popular after biologist and paleontologist, Sir Richard Owen coined the term "Dinosauria" in 1841. The word dinosaur derives from two greek words (deinos) "terrible, powerful, wondrous" + (sauros) "lizard".
So what would a person prior to 1841 call a giant, powerful, wondrous lizard if they saw one? The answer to that question is really quite obvious especially if we look back into the historical record for evidence of giant, powerful, wondrous lizards. Can you Guess?
Another amazing dinosaur fact is that every culture had names for these giant, powerful, wondrous lizards.

Boston Marathon Bomber Suspects, Innocent or Guilty?
WHY would "terrorists" make these somewhat puny bombs? Terrorists could have taken out a lot of people at that event to make their point. They could have made bombs that would've been practically catastrophic to the area, especially with as many people as were there. Seems more like some kind of a scare tactic or something. (Sorry, I meant to say pressure cooker, not crockpot)I want our government to show all of America the photos or videos of these guys setting the bombs down on the ground. I think we all have the right to see the truth. And for those of you that think I'm being too "soft" about all of this, well, you're dead wrong. My younger brother was murdered in cold blood, and in the trial I wanted the facts, the evidence, I needed to see what really happened.

If some one Dehydrated a dog to the point where the dog died, would you be horrified or would you want to know first whether it deserved to die that way or not? 4. A "simulation" for a 7.9 Richter earthquake was planned on March 20, 2012 in Mexico. In the same day, a 7.9 magnitude earthquake actually occurred. [5].

6. The Oslo, Norway, bomb attacks -- "In Oslo, a powerful bomb went off in or near the building which houses the office of the Prime Minister. Exactly as we would expect, special anti-terror police had been drilling setting off bombs in a nearby part of the Norwegian capital in advance, specifically during 2010. The public had not been informed in advance, but found out what was happening when they began hearing bombs in the opera house district, less than a kilometer away from the prime minister’s office which was attacked on Friday. 'Armed police were seen in the area around the opera house in Oslo, and violent explosions could be heard over large parts of the city. No one knew that this was all a matter of practice. The Information Section of the Oslo police deeply regrets that the public was not made aware of the seemingly dramatic exercise….It was the emergency squad, the national police special unit against terrorism, which was conducting a drill in the cordoned off area at Bjørvika pier.
According to a press release from the police, nearly a day after the exercise, the drill consisted of training in the controlled detonation of explosive charges….The exercise will continue for the rest of Wednesday night and a few more explosions are expected….The exercise followed a familiar pattern for all anti-terror forces around the world: The men lowered themselves down from the ceiling and into through the window that had just been blown out, while they fired hand their weapons.'" The officials have already labeled this as a TERRORIST attack. It is indeed a terrorist attack, but the terrorists are the so called "elite" who stage and benefit from these acts of terror.
It is yet another deception, PLEASE, do not fall for it! As a result, we will loose even more of our liberties. Boston runners were warned: Squamish man
Runners getting set to take part in the Boston Marathon were warned beforehand that they were going to die, said a Squamish resident who took part in the race.
Three people were killed and more than 140 were injured when two bombs exploded near the finish line of the famed 42.2-kilometre running event on Monday (April 15).
Mike Heiliger, 59, said a woman holding several bags was telling runners who were picking up their pre-race packages in downtown Boston on Saturday (April 13) that they were going to die if they participated in the event.

U Bibliji piše hebrejska riječ KHUG=krug, a ne DUR=kugla
! Da se radi o krugu, a ne o kugli je nepobitno. Strongova
konkordancija (br. 2328 i 2329), "Holladay’s A Concise Hebrew" i
"Aramaic Lexicon of the Old Testament" (str. 97) i "Brown Driver-Briggs
Hebrew" i "English Lexicon" (str. 295) daju i glagolski oblik kao
"nacrtati kružnicu". Imenica se prevodi kao "krug" ili "luk". Luk je,
naravno, polukružna arkada. Druge pojave riječi khug (vidimo i sličnost s
hrvatskim khug<=>KRUG) uključuju:

Gornji hrvatski prijevodi za khug kao "kružnica" i "krug" su ispravni, jer odlomci govore o crtanju nečega po površini: tj. prikaz u dvije dimenzije.
Nadalje, u hebrejskom postoji riječ koja označava sferu (ploha koja omeđuje kuglu): dur. Da je autor Izajie 40 na to mislio, sigurno je mogao upotrijebiti tu riječ umjesto riječi khug. Ranije se kod Izajie ta riječ već koristila za opis lopte/kugle:
Izaija 22, 17-18Gle, Jahve će te baciti daleko udarcem jednim jedinim, snažno će te uhvatiti, smotat će te u klupko, kao loptu (Hebrejski dur) te baciti po zemlji širokoj!
Ne čudi stoga, da svi uobičajeni prijevodi Biblija - NRSV, RSV, NASB, ASB, KJV, NKJV, pa čak i fundamentalistička NIV - daju prijevod khug u Izajii 40,22 kao "krug tj. kružnica". (Zib)
