udarci željeza, jednom mjesečno. Unatoč medicinskoj terapiji, požalila se
pretjerani umor plus druge neugodnosti prije dolaska u Zdravstvenu školu
Klinika i ona se osjećala vrlo dobro.

Anemija je bila i sluzni kolitis i nenormalni zvukovi
uši (zujanje u ušima). Nedavno je također patila od upalnog stanja
njezinog srednjeg uha koje je postalo toliko ozbiljno da joj se pukla tipična membrana.
 Pokazala je i znakove divertikuloze.

Iako je imala 74 godine i bila je u jako lošem stanju kad
Došla, osjećala se vrlo dobro kad je otišla, nakon razdoblja od samo osam i po
pola tjedna. Bila je dovoljno stara da se može postaviti u svoje načine i puno toga
poteškoća s njom bila je u pokušaju da promijeni svoje pogrešne životne navike.

Bila je vrlo nestrpljiva da se vrati svojoj prehrani s krumpirom. Iako je otišla
Preuranjena zdravstvena škola, kao i mnogi, napisala je da je rekla
čini joj se dobro i zadivljena je načinom na koji je povratila snagu i osjećaj
blagostanja.

Bolovala je jedno od drugog stanja prije dolaska na zdravlje
Školska klinika. Njega u Klinici zdravstvene škole ne samo da ju je dobro započela na terapiji
put za oporavak od anemije, ali i mnoge druge
nevolje. Ovo nije neobično s higijenskom pažnjom. Poznata je činjenica u
Higijenski krugovi da mnogi slučajevi perniciozne anemije udvostručuju svoju krvnu stanicu
računati u samo tjedan dana posta, bez uzimanja vitamina B-12.

Doktor William Howard Hay zabilježio je 101 slučaj i samo perniciozne anemije
njih osam nije se uspjelo oporaviti, a ovi su umirali kad su stigli po njegov
briga. Higijenskim osobama nije vijest da se ovi slučajevi popravljaju; većina abnormalnosti
krvi se ispravlja putem posta.

Perniciozna anemija je teški oblik anemije, koju karakterizira ekstrem
smanjenje broja crvenih krvnih zrnaca sa smanjenjem ukupnog broja
leukocita, promjene u veličini i obliku crvenih krvnih zrnaca, nedostatak
izlučivanje klorovodične kiseline, često kombinirano s neurološkim simptomima i
gastrointestinalni simptomi kod nekih.

Simptomi: Glavni simptomi su bolni, sjajni jezik, nedostatak klorovodika
kiseline, a ponekad i nedostatak probavnih enzima u želucu,
povećani umor, slabost, nesvjestica, voštana blijedost ili limun žute nijanse,
kratkoća daha i palpitacija, edemi, ponavljajuća groznica, probava
poremećaji, bol u epigastričnoj regiji, povremena krvarenja, često
istodobno s mršavom masnoćom.

Nervni simptomi mogu se razviti prije simptoma anemije ili kasnije u
tijek bolesti i razvija se u oko 80 posto slučajeva. To
poprimiti oblik simetrične zagrade (nenormalne senzacije) nožnih prstiju ili
prstima, poput formiranja, peckanja, peckanja ili svrbeža. U teškim slučajevima
razvija se ukočenost. U 50 posto slučajeva simptomi su leđne moždine
teške i uzrokuju ataksiju i mišićnu spastičnost. Neki se ne mogu držati
