Low Weird Plane

Boston, shot through a window, I noticed a low flying plane which I tried to capture. As far as I know, the airport isn't located where this plane disappeared below the tree line. I panned back so you can see the CITGO sign (Fenway Park) and if you know of an airport landing strip there (or airport), please give the info. Thanks.
